Kevin F. Darr, MD is the first surgeon to use the Stryker Mako robotic arm at Avala to perform a total knee replacement.

The Stryker Mako is a powerful robotic arm that aids surgeons in allowing for more precise and accurate movements to perform surgery. It works in conjunction with medical imaging to provide the the physician with the best view of the patient before performing any surgery.
